Amalia, the Director of Rubrik Solutions, holds a Law degree from Parahyangan University, a Master’s degree in Sustainability from the University of Adelaide, and has completed Carbon Accounting training. She has also successfully completed the ESG Investing course at Columbia Business School. She has over 15 years of combined experience in business strategy, sustainability, and project design and management, and active support for cross-border trade and investment initiatives between Australia and Indonesia. Notably, she provides valuable insights for businesses, both large and small, through IA CEPA.

In her previous role as the Managing Director at Decorum Group, Amalia played a pivotal role in ESG analysis, greenhouse gas management, and socio-economic programs in Indonesia. She recently led an Indonesian digital technology company’s expansion into the Australian market and crafted a sustainability action plan for the TanaMori project near Labuan Bajo.
